On the railroad, a crossover allows a train to move easily from one through track to another – just like our crossover table goes from dining table, to game table to conference table. The big surface serves a multitude of functions as a place to eat, play or meet, whether at home in the dining room or in the office conference room.

Well, at Rail Yard Studios we strive to learn from the great minds who have come before us. So, we combined both work and play into this crossover conversion ping pong conference table.
As sturdy as it is stunning, this beautiful oak top table fits perfectly in the board room or the dining room. Made with a 2-inch-thick boxcar flooring top, we preserved the natural character of the wood to show off the lifetime of service on the railroad and finished it with a whiskey color, low VO2 stain. The base has opposing cantilever wood beams held together by dome head driver spikes to decorate the double trestle platform foundation. Each rail on the feet of the table can be removed to serve as a ping pong net, made to International Table Tennis Federation standards for the avid ping pong enthusiast.
When you are done playing, you can place the steel netting back onto the tie plates connected to the feet of the table and expose the AV power inlay built into the table top for all of the most modern technical business functions.
