The Arts and Crafts Movement ushered in the age of the cantilever in modern design. Our Switchpoint series draws on that purer Americana look and feel with the tables and desks from this collection of furniture.

The authentic vintage elements of steel and reclaimed wood give it an old-world history with a contemporary industrial style.

It's perfect as a stand alone piece in the hallway of a home or the lobby of an office, yet it alos pairs well with our collection of desks including its big brother, the Switchpoint Desk.

The tabletop is crafted from two slabs of reclaimed boxcar flooring. The original tongue and groove construction of the American hard maple is visible from the end, and the top has been smoothed out to make for a clean and fresh working surface. Don't let that fool you though because this material has seen decades of hard service on the railroad, and we've done what it takes to give it a second life.
